Location, good resturant, magnificant view from nice balcony. excellent value for money. close to buses, ferries resturants etc
Hotel staff was always collaborative and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is very good. The hotel is not close to the old city but the bus station is 5 minutes walking.
Cleanliness of the room was not according to the hotel quality. It seemed to be a five minutes work. The shower was not cleaned every day.
Hotel staff were very friendly and it was worth paying extra for a sea view
Walking to the city was up a very steep hill, however, the bus was cheap and regular
The staff was very friendly, always smiling. It is located exactly cross the port and reachable from the old town via 1a ,1b and 3 bus.The rooms are clean but sometimes noisy if you sleep with the door open. Breakfasy was ok, but the same for the 7 days we stayed.Excellent value for money
The hotel is a very long walk from the old town or Lapad beach. You have to use the bus and some lines are every 20 or 30 min.(8 To the victoria beach), so good time planning necessary.
Excellent value for money. The food served at the hotel Taverna was good and great value for money. The hotel is well located for buses into the old town.
The thing that struck us when we arrived was the cleanliness of the Hotel Petka, the room overlooked the Marina and Port which is beautiful. The staff throughout our stay were friendly, and very helpful. We could not fault our stay, with plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner being good value at €15 per person. We fully recommend a stay at this hotel.
Nice big room, comfortable bed, a balcony. I chose this hotel because I had an early morning bus to catch, and the bus station is just a few blocks away. To get to and from the Old City of Dubrovnik, I recommend getting some bus passes and catching one of the frequent buses that go between the Old City and bus station, it's quite a walk otherwise, and I like walking... :-)
Simple budget clean hotel
Check out time was 12 noon , I requested an extension till 2 pm and they refused saying they are full .. but I can see all rooms keys at the rack which means no one at the rooms till after 2 pm
Good location with handy bus links, despite busy road room was quiet when doors closed due to double glazing. Good size room.
Room layout could have been better, despite quite large size due to position of wardrobes I kept bashing my legs on bed ends and it was difficult to position the chair to work at the desk
Nice view at the port. Good dinner.
In spite of what is mentioned on the Booked.net site and of their leaflet they do not have a sauna or gym anymore. The possibility to visit the sauna in case of bad wheater, was one of the reasons to chose this hotel. Breakfast is average, The engines of the ferry or cruise ships in front of the hotel cause sometimes some noise. That’s why it is not possible during the night to keep the window opened. With closed windows it is not a problem at all.
Easy access to ferry, roads in/out of town, parking availability.
Staff were very friendly, the stay was very pleasant. Breakfast was great, so was the evening meals.
I use this hotel as an overnight hotel before an early flight.Good value for money, good location, comfortable. However, this is the second time they forget to wake me up early in the morning which could have grave consequences if and when you have to catch an early flight!
Hotel was fine with the exception of one Concierge who was very unhelpful! Clean Room with a comfortable bed and would highly recommend!
The location of this hotel was great. Considering how expensive Dubrovnik can be, this hotel was definitely value for money.
Breakfast buffet was tricky. If you didn't get down to eat within the first couple of hours (serving between 6 and 10 AM), the food was not necessarily replenished. Things got pretty light.
